Michael Melen is a digital entrepreneur. To maintain a competitive advantage, it was important to Michael to browse the web anonymously. Unsatisfied with any of the privacy solutions on the market, Michael took matters into his own hands. In 2006, Proxy Key was established to provide small business owners the same privacy and protection that was once available only to hacking groups and large enterprises. Alex Melen’s obsession with computers and technology started in the early 90s. By 1997, Alex established T35 Hosting which would soon support over a million websites. With his access and expertise in server infrastructure, Alex is the chief architect in the technology behind Proxy Key. He was a featured speaker in HostingCon 2009 and 2016; and has been named BusinessWeek’s Top 25 Best Entrepreneurs. Alex is a graduate of Babson College.Alex Melen Technology

Founded in 2006 by Michael Melen out of his Cornell University dorm room, Proxy Key has steadily turned into a leading proxy service provider. What started as a one-man operation with a single server has grown to employ a dedicated team of a dozen, which hosts thousands of servers in nearly 30 countries.
