School Proxy

How to Play Games at School: Proxy Servers

If you are trying to get around a content filter at school. proxy servers are an important tool you need to learn about. With a Proxy server, you can get around the restrictions of a school network to access websites where you can play games or do other activities that aren't allowed on school computers. Even if you just want to update your Facebook status at school. proxy servers can help you out. Before you get started with a Proxy Site, there are a few things you need to know about these useful servers.

To use a proxy server at school, you must first find a proxy server site that isn't already blocked. Network administrators are routinely blocking websites that allow you to get around the content filter, so you will probably need to find a new one every few weeks. However, you should not worry about this being a huge problem because New Proxy server sites are popping up every day. To get started, use your search engine of choice to search for a proxy server site. These sites will give you a list of available proxy servers and someties even let you know if they are working.

While at school, proxy server sites will become your best friend. Instead of sitting around, doing nothing, when you are done with you classwork, you can now play all the games you are able to play at home. Of course, you will need to get the permission from your teacher to play these games, and a cool teacher like that can be hard to come by. You never know though because one of my teachers in high school actually enjoyed playing games during class too. It just depends on what kind of teacher you are lucky enough to get.

Hopefully you can find out a way to use proxy servers on your school computer to play games. If you don't have a cool teacher, just turn the monitor away from the teacher while you are playing games, but make sure to keep an eye out to see if they ever get up to check out what you are working on. Even if you do get caught, the teacher will usually just tell you to get back to work and not punish you in anyway. Unless of course, you routinely get caught playing games every day.
